How much is postage?
UK deliveries are charged at £2.50 per order up to 2kg and £7.50 for orders above 2kg. For Europe and the rest of the world deliveries are charged at £5.95 per order up to 2kg and £14.95 for orders above 2kg. Most of our products weight less than 2kg! However certain items cannot be sent outside the UK due to weight restriction. You will be notified of any delivery problems due to this as soon as possible after we receive your order.
I have just ordered on-line, can I change my order?
Sorry, once your order has been placed you cannot alter it as it automatically goes straight to our dispatch department. However, once you have received the goods you can return them for an exchange or refund under our Full - satisfaction - or - Full - refund guarantee.
How is my order sent?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are normally dispatched the same working day by first class Royal Mail. This means that the majority of our customers receive their order the next day, however we recommend allowing 2-5 days (5-7 outside the UK).
Where is my order?
Your order will normally be dispatched the same working day. You will receive an e-mail to inform you when your item has been dispatched, you can also check on our website by going to our track your order page.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
If your order is out of stock you will receive an e-mail informing you of this and our estimated delivery date. This date can change, but you can keep up-to-date by going to our track your order page.
When my battery arrives will I need to charge it?
Yes. All our batteries are sent with a low residual charge, but you will need to fully charge it before use. Many batteries, particularly mobile and cordless phone batteries, like to be charged for up to 16 hours the first time. You may need to force the battery to take a charge on the first attempt. If the charger / battery tells you it is fully charged after a short length of time simply remove the battery for its charge, then re-connect it.
I have just received my order, but there is an item missing. What shall i do?
Firstly check on our website that the missing item is not out of stock. You can do this by going to our track your order page. If the item is not out of stock please contact us by emailing email@example.com
I have received an e-mail saying my order has been dispatched / your website states that my order has been dispatched, but i have not received anything. What shall i do?
Please wait at least 5 working days before contacting us. If after this time your order still has not arrived please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your order number and full address. Please note that we can only accept a claim for non-delivery within 28 days of dispatch.
I have just received my order, but I have been sent the wrong item / the item is faulty / i need to return the item for another reason. What shall i do?
Simply return the item to us. Please send a note with the item containing your name, order details and the reason for return. If the item is faulty or incorrect you may contact us via email@example.com and obtain a free returns label. This will only be issued if goods are unsuitable. We are unable to reimburse any postage costs if the free returns label is not used.
