Please return any faulty goods within 12 months of purchase with your name, order number and reason for return clearly stated.  

 

To return faulty or incorrect items please contact queries@eurobatteries.com for a free returns label.  We cannot refund postage costs incurred if returns label is not used. Items ordered incorrectly must be returned at your own cost.

 

All items returned as faulty will be tested and only exchanged if found to be underperforming. Items found in reasonable working order will not be exchanged and will only be returned at your own cost.
