1. Any unused, sealed goods, can be returned within one month for a full refund

2. Any defective goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded within one year of purchase (bulbs and items with a shorter life-expectancy are not covered under this warranty but will be replaced if under performance occurs).

3. Our liability, however caused for any loss, damage or injury, is limited to the value of the goods supplied by Eurobatteries.com

4. We reserve the right not to supply.

5. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights (Sale of Goods Act 1979, amended by the Sale & Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002).
